Job descriptionFormulate and develop softgel products from concept to production. Work closely with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing. Conduct benchtop and scale-up production pilots to optimize formulations. Provide technical guidance on ingredient selection, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance. Maintain master manufacturing records and ensure all formulations meet industry standards. 5+ years of experience in softgel formulation (hands-on lab experience preferred). Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting production issues. Comfort working in a facility where Spanish is widely spoken (no bilingual requirement, but awareness of the work environment is important).
