As a software engineering manager, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, product analysts, and quality analysts to build and enhance our claims platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision that aligns with business objectives and strategy.
• Create a culture where software quality, performance, and resiliency are core tenants of all that is built.
• Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews and ensure all subordinates adhere to human resources policies and practices.
