During examinations and procedures, you’ll support the provider by setting up instruments, assisting chairside, and administering medications and injections as ordered by the physician.

Between visits, you’ll document thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR), maintain up-to-date patient files, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups. You’ll also pitch in with front- and back-office workflows, including billing support and insurance verification—all while keeping the clinic running smoothly and providing compassionate service to patients and their families.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
  • Collect vital signs and prepare patients for exams.
  • Accurately document and manage patient records in the EHR.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized clinical environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
  • Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience in a medical office or clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort with EHR systems and accurate documentation.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
  • A compassionate, patient-first mindset.
  • This entry-level friendly role is ideal for someone who loves helping others and wants to be a vital part of a high-quality care team in Miami, FL 33169.
