Superintendent
The Superintendent's responsibilities include :
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site efficiently.
- Foster a safe work environment and promote adherence to safety protocols.
