Job Description : The Senior Project Manager position is in the Information Technology (IT) department with the responsibility for managing the execution of medium-to-large-scale security projects. The IT Project Manager Security will oversee key initiatives within the Security Workstream of Project Polaris, including the implementation of Pathlock, the design and development of SAP S / 4HANA security roles, and the reconfiguration of existing roles to align with audit and compliance requirements. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, understanding of SAP security principles, and collaboration across technical and functional teams. The Project Manager will ensure that all security-related deliverables are executed effectively, documented thoroughly, and aligned with program governance and organizational security standards.

Senior Project Manager Typical Duties

Typical duties may include, but not be limited to, the following :

• Serves as individual contributor on critical project activities.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Polaris Security Track.
• Oversee the implementation of Pathlock, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with security and compliance objectives.
• Manage the design, build, and testing of S / 4HANA security roles, ensuring they meet functional needs and segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.
• Coordinate the review and reconfiguration of existing security roles to meet internal audit standards and external compliance obligations.
• Partner with functional, technical, and audit teams to identify access risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder updates and report progress to the Polaris program leadership team.
• Drive consistent use of project templates, RAID logs, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal IT teams to ensure deliverables are on track and meet quality expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
