Job description

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Technical Support to provide customer support and leadership within their support team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshoot complex issues

Act as a mentor and oversee daily operations, including case management and team performance

Monitor support activities to ensure service level agreements and quality standards are met

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer technical support role with complex case handling

Experience as a team lead or mentor in a support environment
