What You'll Do
Ensure the consistent execution of service standardsCultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus communityProvide service support to guestsProvide repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decoratingEnsure the company's compliance with relevant regulations.Own preventative maintenance dailyStrong communication with front desk, housekeeping, dryland and F&B operationsComply with town regulationsCheck in and check out protocols with daily usage of the maintenance work order systemDaily use of Alice software to connect with guests and resolve maintenance issuesCommunicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience.Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision.Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.Bring your personality to workHave FUNEmbrace the Gravity Haus core values of :Keep GrowingBring Others AlongCreate Powerful MomentsBe "All-In" + Go the DistanceMake it Better than You Found ItWhat We Can Offer You

Education and Experience
3+ years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar positionPhysical Requirements
Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space and to reach other locations of the hotel on a timely basis.Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and repair / maintenance tasks.Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. On a regular and continuing basis.Must have the ability to bend, squat, and frequently lift 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbsSalary Description
$28.00-$33.00 / hour
