Strategy & Operations Manager, Enterprise Marketing

Overview

Strategy & Operations Manager for Enterprise Marketing at Anthropic. You will be part of the operational backbone that enables the marketing team to scale efficiently while maintaining strategic alignment and budget oversight. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics to build scalable processes, manage budgets, and optimize enterprise marketing efforts as we introduce Claude and Anthropic to the world. You will partner with Marketing teams, Creative Studio, Finance, Legal, and external agencies to streamline operations and enable data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for building processes from scratch, managing annual planning and budgets, and helping create the operational framework that allows our brand team to focus on brand building and driving awareness for our Enterprise products.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and management for Enterprise brand marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and programs
• Design and implement scalable processes and workflows that enable the marketing team to operate efficiently as we grow
• Build comprehensive analytics and reporting systems to measure marketing performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Brand Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Creative Studio, Finance, Legal, and external agency partners
• Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis, market insights, and operational recommendations
• Develop and maintain relationships with Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on budget allocation and resource planning
• Create and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking across multiple concurrent brand campaigns
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of brand marketing investments and initiatives
• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that improve team productivity and campaign outcomes

The compensation package includes base salary, equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation. The role will provide an opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives at a leading AI safety company.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary $200,000 - $255,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements : We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy : Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Some roles may require more time in offices.

Visa sponsorship : We do sponsor visas. If an offer is made, we will make reasonable efforts to obtain a visa with support from an immigration lawyer.
