Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns

This existing vacancy is open to candidates residing anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. The Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns will run the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline for VelocityEHS across priority sales segments and product areas. This role will serve as a key driver of go-to-market execution, working closely with Sales and Product Marketing to translate GTM strategy into marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership
• Architect full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that align to high-priority segments, products, and market opportunities.
• Strategic Alignment
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, brand, digital, and content teams to ensure integrated, persona-aligned campaign strategies.
• Sales Partnership
• Drive alignment with Sales on account focus, key messaging, and follow-up tactics. Educate Demand Engagement on new campaigns, assets, and plays.
• Execution & Optimization
• Plan and launch integrated campaigns alongside channel experts, a paid media agency and operations using Marketo, Salesforce, paid media (search and social), webinars, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, email nurtures, events, and web.
• AI-Driven Innovation
• Stay on the pulse of how AI is transforming campaign execution test new approaches for personalization, segmentation, and scale.
• Analytics & Insights
• Define and track campaign KPIs, deliver performance reports, and iterate based on data insights. Partner with marketing ops to evolve measurement.

The expected salary range for this position is between $89,300 and $125,550 USD (United States) or $94,500 and $123,050 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon.
