Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • In depth experience of relevant technologies, customers and markets with proven capability through performance metrics to show impact of strategy marketing ability.
  • Academia background in material science and / or engineer background are preferred
  • Proven experience of strategic planning and marketing operation.

  • Strategic planning skill
  • Campaign Management : Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Digital Marketing : Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Resilience & Pressure Management : Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and ROI measurement.
  • Reporting and Evaluation : Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and conducting post-event evaluations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
