SALARY : $104,800 - $124,450, eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives.

ROLE SUMMARY : In this role, you will partner with primary wholesalers, fostering strategic relationships within their organizations. With a forward-thinking approach, you will enhance our presence and influence in the marketplace, providing essential support while driving commercial ownership and overseeing the annual business plan.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop strong business ties with key wholesalers and internal partners to ensure alignment between company and customer objectives.
Create strategies to advance Anheuser-Busch's commercial goals and deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with the Commercial Director, TMM, and other internal teams as well as wholesaler teams on various sales opportunities, including merchandising and marketing initiatives.
Regularly communicate results, priorities, and programs with the Wholesaler and Commercial Director on a weekly or monthly basis.
Assist in managing POCM, including allocation to branch satellites and coordinating communication to the sales team about new POCM availability.
Oversee the development of the Commercial plan and Joint Business Plans (WJBP), managing critical commercial processes, including :
Pricing strategy formulation and executions, along with price increase audits and forecasting.
Manage wholesaler planning and performance routines (innovation, channel, and non-alc), as well as trimester planning and strategy implementation.
Own the sales, share, and financial performance of dedicated main house wholesalers.
Provide regular updates through Sales Performance Reviews with senior management.
Analyze market dynamics and industry trends to bring fresh insights that fuel growth.
Leverage various tools such as IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, and RMIS to maintain strategic oversight of the business.
Support and manage ad-hoc pilot projects as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
A minimum of 2 years in sales or marketing, with field sales experience strongly preferred; experience in consumer packaged goods is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to effectively organize data and convey meaningful insights.
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience with dashboard software like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or Spotfire.
Sales experience in the consumer packaged goods sector.
A solid understanding of Commercial and Sales strategies, along with Distribution and Supply chain operations.
