What You'll Do :

Operate the dispatch center to monitor and coordinate security-related communications and responses throughout the manufacturing and industrial location.

Receive and document calls for assistance, incidents, and emergencies, relaying information as appropriate to security personnel and / or emergency services.

Maintain accurate records of communications, incidents, and dispatched responses in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.

Assist with the implementation of emergency response activities by communicating critical information in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Work closely with Allied Universal team members to support regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter by dispatching personnel as needed.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by answering questions and addressing concerns related to security-related matters and procedures.

Follow all security-related procedures and site-specific policies as outlined for the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Supervisory experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
