Director of Agentic AI Platform

Role Summary

We are building the core platform that will power intelligent, autonomous agents across Analog Devices. The Director will serve as the technical founder for this initiative - architecting and delivering the AI Agent Platform that connects reasoning models, enterprise data, and real-world action. This role blends system architecture, platform engineering, and organizational leadership to create ADI’s internal Agentic Operating System .

Key Outcomes

• Deliver a secure, scalable, and reusable AI Agent Platform that enables multi-agent reasoning, data access, and orchestration.
• Build the founding platform engineering team (runtime, SDK, infra, observability) for code and no-code / low-code agentic workflow development.
• Define architectural standards for agents, model access, memory, and safety.
• Integrate foundation models (LLMs, multimodal, proprietary ADI models) with enterprise data and workflows.
• Partner with IT, Data, and Research teams to ensure compliance, portability, and performance.
• Establish the internal developer experience - SDKs, APIs, documentation, and testing frameworks.

Their work establishes the foundation on which every intelligent copilot, reasoning model, and edge-to-cloud agent will run. This is not a support function - it’s the core enabler of the company’s agentic future.
