Job Description & Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• AHA ACLS Provider Card required
• IV Therapy experience preferred
• PICC and midline proficiency preferred
• Chemotherapy experience preferred
• Infusion (CRNI) and / or Oncology (OCN) national certification preferred
• Preference given to candidate with current ONS / ONCC provider card
• Preference given to candidate with PIV and CVAD access experience
