Strategic Governance Program Manager
This job will report to the Business Banking Strategic Focus Area Delivery Manager and will be responsible for project managing the Strategic Governance Program for Business Banking. This role will focus on implementing the highest priority cross-functional Business Banking priorities, defining and reporting on key deliverables; organizing and driving forward project plans; and measuring and reporting on core KPIs. This is a high-exposure role that requires expertise in building relationships and executive reporting. A strategic thinker who is adept at aligning matrixed teams will be most successful in this role.
Assignments with this role will vary based on current areas of focus and Business Banking projects in flight, including but not limited to the following :
- Develops executive-level communications to create awareness and engagement about major strategic initiatives for the line of business and managing tracking and communication of progress against business goals
- Collaborates and partners closely with support partners and other areas of expertise to develop hypotheses and programs for execution.
- Ensures initiatives are executed according to on time and quality delivery requirements
- Reviews progress, decisions, and risks with senior management
- Keeps up to date on industry best practices
- Drives cross-functional implementation teams including but not limited to internal team members, support partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution of complex medium to large-scale initiatives
- Drives execution by effectively managing priorities, pace, scope, quality, cost, and risk
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and / or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in financial servicesDemonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation. Experience supporting the creation of roadmaps, change management plans, timelines, status tracking, governance frameworks, and other artifacts to support large-scale initiativesPMP certification preferredDemonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skillsDemonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales forceSuperior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levelsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with support partnersSuperior knowledgeable of financial products, e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.Competencies

Compensation and Benefits : This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000 to $100,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
