Commercial Property Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join a growing team managing a diverse portfolio of retail and office properties. At this growing company, you will be the first in-house accounting professional, responsible for overseeing financial processes across approximately 20 properties. This is an excellent chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization that values expertise, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Job Details :

• Base Salary : $90,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
• Bonus : based on individual and company performance
• Benefits : Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
• Standard Hours : 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm (flexible start / end times)
• Work Arrangement : Hybrid 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
