1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in vision and mirror systems for commercial vehicles, is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : 1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Location : NEW BERLIN, WI

Pay Range : $18

Shift : First Shift (6 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM)

What's the Job?

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using voice-to-pick technology

Operate motorized carts to move products within the warehouse

Learn and understand product lines and warehouse layout

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Support fulfillment processes to ensure next-day shipment commitments

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required

Willingness to learn forklift operation and recertify if needed

Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

Great attitude and excellent attendance record
