Overview : This role focuses on creating and managing engaging social content, collaborating with a Creative Director, and driving community engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media account management and planning (Key-70%) : Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & TikTok.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social media campaigns and activations.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.
- Manage link in bios and analytics on platform.
- Research and report on social media trends including sounds, features, challenges, creators, dances, industry news and algorithm updates.
- Cross-Platform Integration : Work closely with other vendors to ensure cohesive and integrated content across various platforms.
- Leverage social media content for cross-promotion on other social media channels.
- Influencers management : Work with influencers to create engaging Instagram and TikTok posts and videos from end-to-end to showcase our clients’ products and services.
- Work with content creators creating engaging UGC content.
Requirements
3 to 5 years experience with social media account management, including building campaigns, content, driving engagement, social advertising, and campaign analytics.Mandatory Requirement : All applicants must submit a portfolio link.3+ years experience account management for social media and UGC contents.Portfolio demonstrating storytelling on TikTok and links to social media accounts.Ability to receive feedback and execute modifications to in-progress projects.Attention to detail, strategic thinking and instincts for creative storytelling.Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.Seniority level
