Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and a current or pending WI license.

Responsibilities

  • Position involves both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings
  • Floating between two locations is required
  • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, with 30-minute lunch breaks
  • Work every third weekend, typically 4 hours on Saturday
  • 13-week contract with 40 hours per week
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this position
  • Travelers cannot reside within a 60 mile radius of the facility
  • COVID vaccine is not required
  • Returning travelers cannot work more than 52 weeks without a one-year break after their last contract
  • Participation in natural disaster or emergency response activities may be required

    • Requirements

  • Current or pending WI PT license required if applicable
  • Minimum of 1 year recent physical therapy experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Submission for consideration requires DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and three references (two peers and one department chair)
