We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease / Loan Portfolio Coordinator. This in office entry-level position is responsible for managing the dealership’s active lease and loan accounts, ensuring compliance with all lender requirements, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the dealership’s lease and loan portfolio, ensuring timely payments, renewals, and contract compliance.
• Monitor account performance, delinquencies, and collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with finance-related inquiries, providing white-glove service and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Track lease maturities, manage lease-end processes, and proactively engage clients for renewal or upgrade opportunities by scheduling appointments.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lender guidelines, and internal policies.
