Security Officer - Cleared
Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Cleared (Clearance Required - Unarmed). At Allied Universal, a Cleared Security Officer is entrusted with sensitive information and given the responsibility to protect classified information and personnel. As a Cleared Security Officer, you'll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associated with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.
TS / SCI clearance allows you to access sensitive information that is not available to the public. Sometimes, this can mean access to data, information or even technology that is only available to those with the appropriate clearance level. Often, the type of data that someone with a TS / SCI clearance might access involves national security. To keep citizens safe, the agencies who grant TS / SCI clearance only provide it to trustworthy people who need this level of clearance for their work.
- MUST hold an ACTIVE, Top Secret (TS) clearance with investigation date. Resume REQUIRED for consideration. Must be a US citizen or naturalized US citizen with documentation. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend availability required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Alarm monitoringCCTV monitoringCamera SurveyAnswering phones; operate IP based telephone systemRadio Dispatch; use multi-channel communicationsRadio and call loggingIncident Report issuance and collectionOperations support; routing of call information to the appropriate units for handlingEnsure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center and its role as a central alarm monitoring stationReceive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and the security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring and radio systemsProcess and evaluate information received from all available sources, and respond with the appropriate communication and dispatch proceduresCoordinate with Security Operations Center staff to provide necessary documentation in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting, etc.)QUALIFICATIONS :
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentLicensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentWork experience must include of the following :Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reportsAbility to prioritize workload based on urgencyDemonstrated high level of competency with advanced computer systems (e.g., hardware, software, and networks)Ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security Systems professionalsDemonstrated ability to operate radio, telephone equipment and / or console monitorsAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environment while possibly working under pressurePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE) :
