About the role :

Our Coordination Team is looking for a new team member to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, no two days are ever the same — priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and focus are key.

You’ll thrive here if you’re super-organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for teamwork. This position works on a rotating roster, including public holiday coverage. We’re after someone who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to every challenge.

Key responsibilities include :

• Handling incoming calls and directing them across the business.
• Managing and updating the Client Activities Calendar, including design and delivery.
• Coordinating client services and Caregiver schedules using Dovida’s matching principles.
• Maintaining accurate records in client and Caregiver platforms.
• Supporting Caregivers through regular communication and guidance.
• Assisting with admin tasks and driving continuous improvement.
• Providing occasional coverage on public holidays and after-hours.
