Job descriptionJob Title : Care Manager Job Specialty : UR Case Manager / Care Coordinator Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour varied shifts, starting at 8 am; weekdays with rotation of weekends and holidays Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of two years of current experience in specialty with at least one previous 13-week travel assignment; UR Inpatient / Acute Care Experience is required (minimum of 12 months current experience) Certifications : BLS certification required, must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross Must-Have : Team player with flexibility and experience in a fast-paced environment- EPIC experience required; Xsolis experience preferred- Must own scrubs as they are not provided by the facility Job Description : Work remotely with a 75-mile straight-line radius rule (not driving distance) - Float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles as needed, within scope of practice- Participate in orientation during the first week of the contract, not exceeding 40 total hours, including EPIC training- Stay prepared for varied shifts, fulfilling department staffing needs- Holiday coverage is expected- Time off requests must be disclosed during initial submission for approval- Traveling pairs may not have guaranteed same schedules or shifts Additional Information : No holiday time-off requests will be approved for travelers- Ensuring accurate personal information is crucial to avoid onboarding issues
