Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas + Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users + Present HCM / WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory + Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM / WFM products and services based on their technical needs
  • Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HCM / WFM / SaaS Industry + Must have 1-3 years of proven success in a selling role
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling WFM / HRMS / Payroll solutions strongly preferred
  • Travel Requirements

  • 50%

    Pay Transparency

    The base salary range for this position is $100,000 annually. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. Information about UKG's comprehensive benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at https : / / www.ukg.com / careers.
