ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lawrence Biggerstaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Must already be licensed. Start earning base plus commission immediately! This specific role will be focused on sales, calling leads, and generating new business for the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all our customers and neighbors.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Active License in Property & Casualty and Life & Health or Willing to earn in 60 days.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
