Quality Assurance Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead their AR Recovery audit team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of Quality Auditors focused on billing, follow-up, denials, and payment posting

Review audit findings and ensure timely resolution of flagged errors

Collaborate with project leads and operational supervisors to align audit priorities with business goals

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in quality assurance or auditing

Deep understanding of medical billing, EOBs, CARC / RARC codes, and payer denial reasons

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
