Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in construction and related fields. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Lead business development efforts to identify new project opportunities
• Provide expertise in waterproofing, restoration, roofing, and fire protection as needed
