STUDENT NURSE INTERN - FLOATS

BASIC FUNCTION :

• Performs duties, which assist with the performance of patient care.
• Required to work 3 days per month, of which 2 must be a weekend shifts.
• Performs duties under the supervision of the RN which are within the scope of the student’s verified clinical skills (verified by instructor and AACH RN).

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE :

A nursing student who has completed one clinical rotation and one skills lab in their nursing program.

Maintains current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Must be computer literate to complete task(s) as required.

CIDE within 3 months and maintain.
