Business Analyst - Cards

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in large-scale integration efforts and experience in business or consumer debit / credit cards for Heitmeyer Consulting. This role involves requirement elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and acting as a liaison between business and technology teams.

Location

Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany. Hybrid 2 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation activities, including workshops.
• Perform detailed process mapping using tools like Miro, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Conduct data mapping as part of integration efforts.
• Proactively problem-solve and navigate through ambiguous scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
