Your Role : As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll work closely with RNs, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Medication Administration : Accurately administer medications and treatments.
• Patient Monitoring : Monitor vital signs and health status, and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Rehabilitation Support : Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support residents' recovery goals.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with all regulations.
• Patient Care : Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to residents and their families.
