We are a lender / servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct timely outreach to delinquent borrowers assess hardship and guide them toward appropriate loss-mitigation solutions with clear compliant communication.
• Review borrower financials and documentation in alignment with federal state investor insurer and internal servicing requirements.
• Maintain thorough accurate and audit-ready documentation of all borrower interactions and case activity.
• Collaborate with Loss Mitigation Servicing Compliance and Foreclosure teams to ensure smooth case progression and adherence to critical deadlines.
• Monitor timelines ensure compliance with CFPB / RESPA and investor guidelines and meet departmental goals for productivity quality and customer experience.
