As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrol in Buckeye, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate : $21.35 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Tuesday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Wednesday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Saturday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

Sunday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and procedures.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.
  • Document and report any irregularities or security-related incidents observed during shifts.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and / or site management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
