Vice President

J.J. Astor and Co. provides flexible bridge capital credit solutions for companies to accelerate their growth.

This role requires a significant amount of time building relationships and speaking with business owners in the private and public markets. This position will drive these relationships forward through email, phone calls, conferences, and be responsible for bringing new  opportunities to the investment committee to review to deploy capital. .

The candidate will also be responsible for high level financial analysis, deal qualification and progressing a deal to a term sheet. This role will come with a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities :

• Identifying and reaching out to C Level executives for private and public companies.
• Managing our database and cultivated relationships.
• Qualifying and analyzing deals based on JJ Astor investment criteria.
• Working with underwriting team to win the deal and carry it through the diligence process.
• Attending industry events and conferences.
• Working with investing and senior management team to evaluate and execute deals.
