About The Position

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient goals.

Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe use of assistive devices.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Adjust treatment plans as patients’ conditions or progress changes.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Certification : NBCOT certification preferred.

Experience : [1–2] years clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
