Senior Substation Engineer

Selectek is looking for a Senior Substation Engineer to manage a team to drive deliverables, quality, schedule and profitability on projects. Position can be in either Atlanta, Chicago or New Jersey.

Required :

9+ years in Electric Utility Engineering - Substation and / or Distribution experience

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel

AutoCAD Software experience

BS Electrical Engineering

Experience either Duke Energy, Ga Power or ComED

Preferred :

 Client Interfacing and managing a team of 10 plus

Proposal Write up and reviews.

Provide reports, milestones, scope of projects, budget forecast and analysis and schedules

Knowledge of IEE codes and standards and Experience with PSEG / PEPCO / NYPA Standards

Manage schedules and budgets

PE

Sponsorship : No – must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay Range :  $130,000 – 165,000

Term of assignment : Direct Hire

Location of job : Chicago, Atlanta, or anywhere in New Jersey

Hours and shift : 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday

Work from home :  Yes – Work from home 2 - 3 days a week. (If in NJ, completely remote)

Travel : Â Possible to Chicago, IL at times

Work attire : Business Casual
