The Integration Specialist is responsible for providing support and training during our Integration process. The position will work directly with the VIVE Business Development team and Operations to create a seamless transition of the business and all Work in Process.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Maintain and manage active records of all Integration related activities
  • Support operational departments in Integration related needs and activities
  • Train and support all new employees on VIVE-related processes until the team is stable and knowledgeable
  • Perform special projects related to Integration as assigned
  • Requires 75% travel with an overnight stay
  • Performs site visits and Integration follow-up
  • Lead virtual training with new acquisition teammates
  • Responsible for in-person and / or virtual follow-up training with acquisition staff
  • Assist with repair order file conversions

Assisting in WIP conversion process from start to finish

  • Supports and manages the WIP conversion process
  • Review and approve WIP conversion details
  • Manage financial details of WIP conversions
  • Skills / Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of collision industry experience
  • Proficient in Excel and MS office
  • Must have strong organizational Skill
  • Effective Written and Oral communication / Interaction Skills
