We are looking for a Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial personality who can go above and beyond to oversee all restaurant operations and employees. They will assist with the following :

Management :

• Hire, train, and develop hourly employees
• Identify and delegate responsibilities to leads and staff
• Ensure that high levels of customer service are being achieved
• Maintain and update proper employee documentation
• Ensure that established company processes and procedures are consistently followed
• Ensure that food standards are consistently being met, including quality and presentation
• Follow and manage proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant
