Total Rewards Manager
The Total Rewards Manager will be part of our Global Compensation function in the Rewards, Performance, and Careers team. This highly visible role will assist in the ideation and delivery of compensation initiatives. Key responsibilities include : designing and developing total reward policies, programs, and initiatives aligned to business goals; developing market relevant salary structures using insights from market data and other real-time sources; providing compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advising leadership on best practices for total rewards and talent retention; leading benchmarking projects and interpretation of large quantities of market data, using functional rewards knowledge to develop pay strategies that meet competitiveness and affordability objectives; managing a team of 1-2 individuals in day-to-day compensation processes; leveraging data to ensure compensation structures and bonus programs are competitive and aligned with the company's long-term objectives; leading the adoption of real-time vendor data platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making; finding innovative solutions in line with changing market conditions and trends, including research on pay transparency and other legal requirements; driving resolution of compensation issues and independently making recommendations for pay solutions; and analyzing employee compensation data and market surveys and research industry trends to evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing rewards programs.
Job requirements : This role is part of a global team and may require work outside of normal business hours to align with global stakeholders. Basic qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, including experience with salary structures, benchmarking, and or market data analysis. Preferred qualifications include experience in global compensation plans, excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills, proficiency in both written and oral English, ability to quickly learn new applications / tools and processes, experience in data fluency and reporting, passion for sharing innovative ideas for tools and processes, strong organization and time management skills, ability to navigate tight timelines and critical deliverables, and ability to adapt quickly and work at a dynamic pace.
