What You'll Be Doing...

You'll lead a world-class business sales organization set on changing the world and empowering our customers to do the same. The customer experience will be in your hands as you motivate your team to build relationships and delight customers. • Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing government business.
• Establishing, growing, and maintaining positive relationships and / or partnerships with internal and external customers.
• Building a dedicated sales team who will deliver superior customer experiences.
• Driving and tracking team performance to achieve sales goals.
• Inspiring individual and team performance through ongoing training, development, coaching, recognition, and rewards.
• Handling financial, budget, and sales reporting activities.
• Presenting at local and state government events.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
