Senior Operations Cashiering and Advisory Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Cashiering and Advisory Specialist to join our growing team of 1847Financial, a wholly owned subsidiary of Penn Mutual.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing all Broker-Dealer (BD) and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) cashiering requests, as well as Envestnet and financial planning operations for Hornor, Townsend & Kent (HTK). You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, address inquiries, and handle escalations. Additionally, you'll ensure the delivery of prompt, accurate, and efficient service to our Financial Professionals and Field Offices.

Job Responsibility
- Manage cashiering and advisory operations queues, including Envestent and financial planning transactions
- Provide support and resolution for inquiries from Financial Professionals and Field Offices
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve escalated issues
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
- Handle simple to complex emails or calls from our clients / financial professionals in an efficient and accurate manner
- Accepts ownership of interaction and provide a high caliber of service and follow through escalating complex issues as appropriate
- Maintain consistent communication with field partners via phone, email and in person
- Adheres to service level of agreement (SLA) and individual / team metrics
- Processing of quarterly billing and financial planning fees
- Provide project level support as needed
- Complies with all company and site policies and procedures
- Remains current in profession and industry trends
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience requiredSIE and S99 required or both obtained within 12 months of hireS7 and S24 preferredExperience
3-5 years experience in a broker / dealer within operationsStrong understanding of the financial services industryExperience supporting financial professionals and resolving complex inquiriesBase Salary Range - $70,000- $80,000
