Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial projects from start to finish. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and contracts. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction throughout. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Oversee project closeout and turnover.

With excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle fast-paced environments, this candidate ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

• 5-8 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with interiors and / or ground-up projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven success delivering projects in NYC.
