Overview

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join the Practice Integration Team at a growing, technology-focused Dental Services Organization (DSO) experiencing exciting direct-to-consumer, de novo, and acquisition growth. This role focuses on new and acquired clinics , overseeing everything from the initial set-up and grand-opening preparations to onboarding, assessment, training, and ongoing support for Sage staff. This team member will serve as the primary liaison between our support team and practice staff , ensuring a seamless transition of operations, systems, and culture-while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

This position requires up to 90% travel time which may include weekends and overnight stays, as applicable. Travel is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the setup, and operational launch of new clinics.
• Actively participate in the assessment, training, and transition of acquired clinics to Sage systems.
• Provide on-site and remote support throughout the assignment, during the turnover period & grand opening, pre- & post-close through systems conversion, practice stabilization, and hand-off to the Director of Market Operations.
• Oversee and organize the supply purchases, equipment, administrative, and clinical setup in preparation for a grand opening.
• Identify potential risks early, analyze their possible impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Devise and implement training in various formats (1 : 1, group setting, remote).
• Maintain a directory and inventory of training materials, ensure all resources are current and accurate.
• Interact, communicate, and build strong relationships with a varied spectrum of individuals and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage checklists and multiple projects with attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Act as a resource, representative, and mentor for others to assist in the understanding of new policies and operations processes.
• Plan and document project tasks.
• Ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
• Travel to assigned locations with overnight stays.
• Other projects and initiatives as needed to promote the needs of the organization to support business growth and development.
