Hitchcock Inpatient Rehab at Aiken Regional Medical Centers is consistently among the top performers in the CSRA, UHS facilities, and the country. Through strong interdisciplinary communication and cooperation, the Physical Therapist will assist in progression of mobility-related tasks to facilitate a comprehensive return to function for a variety of patients.

Physical Therapist is to provide Physical Therapy services (evaluation, treatment plan development, treatment, delegation of treatment, and discharge planning) to patients in the hospital setting in accordance with facility policy, standards, and philosophy.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Education requirements : Degree from an accredited program of Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, of Doctorate).

Work experience requirements : Prefer 1 year experience in an acute / inpatient setting, but not required.

Required licenses / certifications / courses Current SC license and BLS(or ability to become licensed in SC).

Required skills, knowledge and abilities : Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective interpersonal skills. Clinical competence. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessments by the facility.
