About the Role : We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management, a passion for resident satisfaction, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals
• Supervise on-site staff including leasing, maintenance, and janitorial
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance schedules
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Coordinate inspections, move-ins, and move-outs
• Maintain accurate records and reports in property management software
