As a Lead Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards in our industrial automation products. You will leverage your expertise to drive quality initiatives, implement robust testing protocols, and enhance product reliability, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within an AS9100 manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your strong technical background and experience in quality engineering will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering onsite prioritization guidance and support to onsite Quality team.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 manufacturing standards and regulations.
• Manage tough conversations with demanding aerospace customers and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and RMA complaints and ensure external regulatory compliance (FAA, UL, CSA).
• Provide technical expertise and support in quality engineering processes.
