Human Resource Generalist
Location : Hector, MN (Hybrid Considered for the Right Candidate)
Salary : $60,000 $80,000 + 15% Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities :
Recruiting & Onboarding :
Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.Deliver a welcoming, structured onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.Employee Relations & Engagement :
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.Support a culture of communication, collaboration, and inclusion.Resolve employee concerns with fairness and discretion.Performance & Development :
Assist with performance review processes and employee development initiatives.Coordinate learning and training programs and support leaders in coaching and feedback conversations.Identify opportunities to implement HR programs, training, or succession planning.Payroll Administration :
Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring proper handling of timecards, deductions, and benefits.Partner with leadership to resolve payroll questions and support payroll-related reporting.Compliance & Policy Administration :
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Maintain and update company policies, employee handbook, and HR documentation.Partner with leadership on compensation strategies, payroll administration, and benefits oversight.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment.PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.Strong knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and payroll / benefits administration.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with APS a plus).Why Candidates Love Working Here :
