Senior Training Specialist Instructional Design

We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist Instructional Design to support the design, development, and implementation of engaging learning experiences across the company. This role plays a critical part in identifying organizational training needs, designing blended learning content, managing the learning management system (LMS), and supporting strategic initiatives that elevate employee growth and performance. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about education, technology, and continuous improvement.

Compensation : Salary commensurate with experience + performance-based bonus + comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and develop programs to enhance employee and organizational performance.
• Design, develop, and implement online, classroom, and blended learning materials that align with business goals.
• Create course content, learning activities, assignments, and assessments using instructional design best practices.
• Develop instructor guides, manuals, rubrics, and multimedia resources (video, audio, and visual content).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with company initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, enrollment, and reporting.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions across various departments and business lines.
• Research emerging technologies, tools, and practices to enhance the effectiveness of training delivery.
• Partner with leaders and HR to identify, design, and deliver targeted learning solutions that support business objectives.
• Support strategic planning, reporting, and measurement of training program effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
