Physical Therapist - Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled  Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health Branch . This position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes, in accordance with physician orders.

This role is performed under the direction and supervision of the Executive / Regional Director and plays a vital part in improving patient's quality of life and functional mobility.

This position will provide services in our Brookhaven and Natchez service areas, including surrounding and outlying communities.
