Job description

Our client, a premiere professional association, is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations & Performance Specialist to join their team based in Alexandria, VA!

Responsibilities :

Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen employee experience.

Handle employee relations matters, providing counsel on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and compliance.

Conduct investigations with discretion, ensuring thorough documentation and consistency with organizational policy and values.

Design and execute performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to align expectations with strategic objectives.

Deliver learning and development initiatives to empower employees and strengthen leadership.

Qualifications :

6-8+ years of progressive HR experience required, with an emphasis on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

A bachelor's degree is required for this role; a master's degree is preferred.

Ability to advise leaders and navigate sensitive situations with discretion.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt and lead through change and ambiguity.

About the Role :

Salary range of $95K-$110K (DOE) with an annual bonus structure.
