Oracle Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment / resourcing programs.

Responsibilities include : identifying, recruiting, and qualifying potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business; assisting in the development and execution of the recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to recruiting; participating in the candidate selection process; planning and executing recruitment events; developing and maintaining effective relationships with candidates; developing a recruiting strategy with Oracle's Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within the organizations budget; managing the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle's Lines of Business; serving as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions; implementing recruiting plans with a diversity lens; planning, executing and managing interviews for candidates / managers; leading the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives; and may train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. May perform other duties as assigned.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
